Land Design Welcomes New Ownership: A Fresh Perspective in Upscale Landscape and Interior Design
In a deal nearly a year in the making, Land Design by Armstrong, now referred to as Land Design, has merged with Lisman Studio. Both companies are equal in their consistent presence in the region's landscape design and interior design communities.
Serial entrepreneurs and design experts Molly Louthan and Andrew Means acquired Land Design on March 6th, 2024. Molly Louthan, CEO, has been growing small businesses for twenty years. She focuses on high-quality professional services companies and is passionate about designing beautiful spaces. She purchased Lisman Studio in March 2023 and looks forward to combining these two great companies under one roof. Through its acquisition of Land Design, Lisman Studio aims to help the Mountain West bring inspiration to life, creating holistic residential and commercial designs beyond clients' four walls.
