We Are Hiring Landscape Laborers

As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to assist in the installation of landscapes. This includes planting, machine operation, mulching, Paver Installation, and other duties as required. You will work under the supervision of a Landscape Supervisor or Foreman and collaborate with a team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking landscape laborers to join our team and help us maintain our high service and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants

  • Paver, Block, and Concrete

  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as excavators, Skid Steer, etc.

  • Install and maintain irrigation systems

  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines

  • Ensure job sites are clean and organized

  • Load and unload materials and equipment

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not required

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

  • Basic knowledge of landscape tools and equipment

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable transportation
